"1/2026 - Wanted to edit my review. It's been a year with Russ Herman State Farm. We've had some vehicle changes and added our teen driver. I had some questions over the billing for this month. Called the office line and Taylor answered. She was quick to pull up my account and research what was going on. Knowing she needed to consult with colleagues, she told me she'd call me back. Within an hour she called! She had half the answers so I told her it wasn't a rush, she could email, call or text later, she texted with all the answers within the hour again! Taylor was so kind, quick and helpful! I really appreciate her work and all the team members at Russ Herman State Farm! Still 5 stars! You guys are great! Thank you! 12/2024 - Like many people I assume, I hadn't bothered to check insurance prices in far too long. I was finally ready to see if my current policies at another company where competitive. Doug Mumma at Russ Herman State Farm worked on quotes for our auto, home, motorcycle and a few other personal items. Overall apples to apples, he has been able to save me over $3000 per year!!!
